Our Approach
In 2018, Ultimate Test Prep was founded on the principles of student success, strong foundations, and family savings. We have helped thousands of students and families raise standardized test scores, earn substantial scholarships, and become accepted into their dream schools.
In 2025, Ultimate Test Prep opened its doors to the Charlotte, North Carolina region. We are happy to provide in-person tutoring for the ACT, SAT, PSAT, GRE, and LSAT at this location as well as college planning guidance for college applications.

Matt Vassil
CEO, Test-Prep Instructor, and College Planner
Matt graduated from Saint Louis University where he tutored countless individuals in various types of standardized testing. Since 2018, Matt has taught and developed ACT, SAT, PSAT, GRE, and LSAT curriculum full-time at Ultimate Test Prep. He develops new instructional material on a weekly basis and individualizes his approach for every student. He has been an important contributor to the continued revisions of our curriculum, Analyze Your ACT. As a result, students love Matt's feedback, his patience, and his insights, and the results speak for themselves.
His college advice is targeted, his feedback on essays is detailed and insightful, and his positive demeanor helps students reach that next goal on their way to college.
